Error al actualizar ARKIPlan

Al intentar actualizar el programa despues de instalarlo, me da el siguiente error:

En la configuración regional de Windows, ¿Como tienes configurado el formato de la fecha?

Ya está solucionado. Tenía el formato de la fecha en euskera, con año-mes-día, pero ya lo he cambiado y todo ha funcionado bien.
