arkitool icons shows as question-marks

I have installed the Arkitool 2012 freeware recently, I followed all instructions on this link: www.arkiplan.es/en/foros/foro-arkitool/3...stalar-ARKITool-2012
and still my Arkitool icons are not working. Instead of icons are question-marks, and after trying of using them autocad tells me, that this command is unknown.

I use AutoCAD 2008, Windows XP.

Please type _TEXTSCR in AutoCAD, you see at the top of the window and tell me what it says.

The problem is, it does not load the file C:\Program Files\ARKITool 2012\Menu\ARKITool\Inglés\ARKITool.mnl (as you can see in the image).

1º- Verify that the specified file exists. If not exists, reinstall the software.
2º- Try to load the ARKITool menu manually, typing _MENULOAD in AutoCAD.

I used _menuload to load my arkitool tool manually and found the arkitool.mnl file, but arkitool still does not work properly.

Any other option, please?
